Chief Executive Officer - Lea Mason

Lea is a qualified teacher and holds a degree in SEND Multi Sensory Impairments, Inclusion and complex needs, and a further in professional coaching as well as the NPHQ. More recently Lea has been working as an Ofsted inspector within both specialist and mainstream provision. Lea has over 25 years of experience in education, starting as a teacher in a specialist setting and then leadership roles from 2003. Lea has been seconded throughout her career in supporting school improvement. She has extensive experience in SEND with a focus on developing strategic vision, staffing structures within financial management, curriculum development, teaching and learning, project management and professional development.

 

Lea is a driven professional who is passionate about lifelong learning for all, ensuring equal opportunities and making a difference at individual and organisational level. Lea has been and continues to be involved in partnership working, within Lincolnshire around the development of the SEND system.

Director of Education – Anita Denman

Anita is a qualified teacher and an experienced Ofsted inspector. She holds a master’s degree in educational leadership from Nottingham Trent University, NPQH, PGCE Secondary and a degree in Applied Theology. She has 23 years of experience in education, this includes, Further Education, Secondary, Primary and SEND provisions.  Anita’s expertise and experience in the SEND sector is extensive. She is an advocate in everyone being a leader and works hard to ensure that everyone develops their own passion, skills and knowledge in their areas of responsibility.

 

Anita shares her expertise in SEND and leadership in both her Ofsted inspector role and by serving as a governor in another Special School in a large Trust which specialises in SEND education.

Professional Development Coach – Tania James

Tania is a qualified business and personal coach and holds a MEd in Autism from the University of Birmingham. Tania has worked in education for 17 years and has facilitated training around behaviour and engagement, mental health and wellbeing and coaching skills in education. Tania has been part of projects in Lincolnshire and offers support to other schools.

 

Tania is a mental health first aid instructor (adult/youth) for Mental Health First Aid England, a NAPPI UK PBS instructor and a positive psychology practitioner.

Director of Development – Stela Plamenova

Stela was born and raised in Bulgaria. She is a qualified teacher and holds a master’s degree in SEND Pedagogy, MBA in Educational Leadership (International) from UCL, two further professional development certificates in Autism from the University of Cambridge, as well as the NPHQ. Stela has over 20 years of experience in education, starting as a teacher in Bulgaria then working in Essex, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire since 2016. She has extensive experience in SEND with a focus on curriculum development, teaching and learning, project management and professional development.

 

Stela is passionate about lifelong learning, equal opportunities and making a difference at individual and organisational level.
