Kim has worked in education in many facets for 18 years, from classroom facing and pastoral support to now holding a wealth of knowledge and experience of both operational and strategic academy finance. Kim’s experience has enabled her to support schools through the academy conversion and more recently trust growth process. She has worked across both the mainstream and SEND sectors and has a clear understanding of the differing priorities within each.
Kim is a passionate leader and ensures that all financial processes implemented are there to support the learning outcomes of the young people within the schools she works with. This is primarily achieved through effective management of the overall trust finances.
Kay is Lincoln born and now based towards the East Coast of Lincolnshire. She holds Level 5 qualifications in Leadership & Management and HR & People Practices. Having over 20 years’ experience in the field of HR, starting in the 3rd sector with a children’s charity, Kay has gained an extensive knowledge of HR practice, including best practice, employment law and people skills.
Since moving into education she has also acquired a wide understanding of HR processes which are more specific to that sector. She is driven by equity and consistency across all HR practices with a high level of attention to detail. She also has experience of working within two new school build projects.
Craig joined the Armed Forces in 1990 and served in the Army for 23 years in artillery regiments being promoted as far as Staff Sergeant at the end of his contract. Subsequent civilian roles have been in estates management predominantly in the education sector most recently playing a key role in the redevelopment and construction of two SEND school sites.
Craig has extensive experience in health and safety management and contract management. Craig prides himself on accurate record keeping and implementation of processes and procedures to ensure the smooth running of estates and facilities and to ensure compliance.
